When Will Spring Shipping Start?

-All dahlia tubers will start shipping April 1st, in the order they are recieved. I will not ship tubers until freezing temps are out of the forecast. If your order does not include dahlia tubers we will start shipping March 1st.

When Will Fall Shipping Start?

-Fall shipping will start September 31st. We will ship as late into the fall as we can, weather permitting.

Can I add to my order?

-Unfortunately I cannot add or subtract items from your order. If you would like additional products not included in your original purchase, you will have to place a second order. I will combine orders that are over $300. All sales are final. Sorry, no cancellations.

How Much Is Shipping?

-All orders are a $16 plate rate shipping unless you are buying merchandise from the garden shop. Please choose the correct shipping when you check out. All orders ship USPS, and you will receive a tracking number when they leave our warehouse.

Substitutions

-I will not send a substitute in your order without your permission. If we are unable to fill a certain variety at shipping time, someone from my team will reach out to you via email. We wait 72 hours for a response and if we do not get one, we will simply refund for the specific variety and ship the rest of your order.

-I guarantee all dahlias to arrive healthy, with one happy eye, and variety to be true to picture. We work endlessly all year long to provide a product that gives our customers the most success. Any issues or concerns with your product? Please email us within 14 days of receiving your package.
